*Return Policy*
1. *360 Degree Opening Video:*
- To ensure the integrity of our products, we require customers to record a 360-degree opening video of the package upon delivery. This video will help us confirm that the parcel was not tampered with before registering any complaints.
2. *Complaint Registration Timeframe:*
- Customers must register their complaints regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect products within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. Failure to do so may result in the rejection of the return or exchange request.
3. *Return Window and Resolution Time:*
- We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery for eligible products. Within this period, customers can initiate a return or exchange request.
- Once a return request is received, we will strive to resolve the case within 7 days. Customers can expect a final response within this timeframe.
4. *Exceptions - Anarkali Gowns:*
- Please note that anarkali gowns fall under a no-return policy due to their unique customization and tailor-made nature. We take great care to create each anarkali gown based on individual preferences, making them non-returnable.
5. *Return and Exchange Charges:*
- For returning a product, a return shipping fee of ₹280 will be deducted from the refund amount.
- If a customer wishes to exchange a product for a different size or variant, an exchange processing fee of ₹350 will apply.
6. *Self Pick-Up in Unavailable Areas:*
- While we strive to provide pick-up services for returns, in certain locations where the service is unavailable, customers are requested to arrange for self-pickup of the return package. Our customer support team will guide you through the process.

- The product being returned must be in its original condition with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
- Return requests for eligible products should be made within the specified 7-day return window to be considered valid.
- We reserve the right to reject a return or exchange request if the product does not meet the eligibility criteria or shows signs of misuse or damage.
